INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz Mermaid Zest Gin
• 4 oz sparkling wine
• 2 oz sparkling water

METHOD

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Mermaid Zest Gin, top with sparkling wine, then soda water, and stir gently. 

GARNISH

Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
