Orders and Age Restrictions
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your state. You also confirm that the recipient of the order is 21 or over. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where shipping is not legally permitted.
Role of Licenses Retailer
Alcohol products are sold and fulfilled by duly licensed third-party retailers and fulfilment partners, ReserveBar (the “retailer”).
The Retailer is the seller of record for all alcohol purchases. Title to and ownership of alcohol products pass from the retailer to you upon delivery. The retailer is solely responsible for compliance with applicable alcohol laws, order fulfilment, and age verification at the point of delivery. We act solely as a marketing platform and facilitator of transactions and are not the seller of alcohol products.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our site and its content (including text, images, branding, and design) are owned by us. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may print or download extracts for your own use, but may not use any content for commercial purposes without our permission.
Acceptable Use
You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site, in any way that breaches applicable laws, to promote alcohol to individuals under 21, to transmit spam or unauthorized promotions and to introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorized access, we may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the site.
User - Generated Content

We are not required to monitor or moderate user content but reserve the right to remove any content that does not comply with these terms. Content posted by users does not represent our views, and we are not responsible for it.
Content Standards and Alcohol Responsibility
Any content you upload must comply with applicable laws and must not be offensive, misleading, or harmful. Content must not, promote underage or excessive drinking, contain discriminatory, abusive, or explicit material and infringe the rights of others. Alcohol-related content should promote responsible consumption and must not associate alcohol with success, performance, or risky behaviour.
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for business purposes.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, all orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Payment is required at the time of order unless you have an approved trade account. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify us, and hold ReserveBar, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents and alcohol brand owners and licensed retailers who fulfill orders (“ReserveBar Parties”) harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, investigations, liabilities, judgments, fines, penalties, settlements, interest and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that directly or indirectly arise from or are related to any claim, suit, action, demand, or proceeding made or brought against any ReserveBar Party, or on account of the investigation, defense, or settlement thereof, arising out of or in connection with, whether occurring heretofore or hereafter: (i) any content you post or upload on the site; (ii) your use of the site and your activities in connection with the site; (iii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms of Service or the representations or warranties you make in these Terms of Service; (iv) your violation or alleged violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental or regulatory authorities in connection with your use of the site or your activities in connection with the site; (v) information or material transmitted through your device to access the site, even if not submitted by you, that infringes, violates or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent, publicity, privacy, or other right of any person or entity; (vi) any misrepresentation made by you; and (vii) ReserveBar Parties' use of the information that you submit to us (all of the foregoing, “Claims and Losses”). You will cooperate as fully required by ReserveBar Parties in the defense of any Claim and Losses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ReserveBar Parties retain the exclusive right to settle, compromise and pay any and all Claims and Losses. ReserveBar Parties reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any Claims and Losses without your consent, in each instance, the prior written consent of an officer of a ReserveBar Party.
Disputes and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute between you and us arising under or relating to the ReserveBar.com site or the ReserveBar business, you hereby acknowledge and agree that by using the ReserveBar.com site, you are irrevocably agreeing to resolve any such dispute or claim through binding arbitration, as described below, instead of bringing an action in court.
THIS MEANS THAT NEITHER PARTY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE SUCH DISPUTE OR CLAIM IN COURT OR TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT DISCOVERY AND APPEAL RIGHTS ARE LIMITED IN ARBITRATION.
Class Action Waiver
Pursuant to the terms of your agreement to ARBITRATE, as set forth in the following paragraph:
ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. THIS MEANS THAT NEITHER YOU NOR RESERVEBAR MAY JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION BY OR AGAINST OTHER INDIVIDUALS, OR LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OF A CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY, OR SIMILAR CAPACITY.
Dispute Allocation
For the avoidance of doubt, we act solely as a marketing platform and facilitator of transactions and are not the seller of alcohol products. Any disputes, claims, or issues relating to the purchase, payment, fulfilment, delivery, quality, or condition of alcohol products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable licensed retailer and fulfilment partner ReserveBar, who is the seller of record. Our responsibility is limited to the operation of this site and related services, and any disputes arising solely from your use of the site (including its content, functionality, or accessibility) shall be governed by these terms.
Competitions
Competition and promotions are subject to separate rules. Entrants must be 21 or over. Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to tax.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government action, or supply chain disruptions.
Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy and Cookie Policies, form the entire agreement between you and us.
Variations and Transfer Rights
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms. This will not affect your rights.
