Rock samphire is a wild coastal plant foraged from the island's shoreline. Known locally as "Mermaid's Kiss," it is the signature botanical in all our spirits.

Currently we ship within the United States only. Due to alcohol shipping laws we can't ship to Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, Montana or Utah. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Orders are fulfilled by ReserveBar's licensed retail partners. Most orders ship within 2–3 days and arrive in 3–7 business days. Shipping is $19.99 per order, and an adult (21+) signature is required on delivery.

All sales are final, so we can't accept returns of alcohol. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Mermaid Gin is a smooth London Dry with rock samphire and lemon zest. Mermaid Zest is brighter and citrus-forward, featuring grapefruit peel and island bergamot — perfect for spritzes.
