Shipping 

We only ship to locations where alcohol delivery is legally permitted and where we hold the necessary licenses, all orders placed on our site are subject to product availability and will be shipped in accordance with ReserveBAR's shipping policies. In the event your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

All deliveries require a signature from someone aged 21 or over with valid identification. Standard shipping typically takes 3 – 7 working days.

Returns and Refunds 

All sales are final except where required by law. ReserveBar, a third-party warehouse, does not accept returns for alcoholic beverages. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage.
