INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Mermaid Winter Gin
  
• ½ oz White Port
  
• 1 tsp hot honey
  
• 2 dashes orange bitters

METHOD

Stir all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Serve with hot honey drizzled figs alongside.
