• 1 oz Mermaid Winter Gin
  
• ½ oz Cointreau
  
• Top with sparkling wine

METHOD

Pour Mermaid Winter Gin and Cointreau into a chilled flute and top with sparkling wine.

GARNISH

Garnish with an orange twist.
