INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Mermaid Pink Gin
  
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
  
• 1 oz fresh espresso

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled and foamed. Strain into a chilled coupe.

GARNISH

Garnish with a strawberry slice and three coffee beans.
