- 1.5 oz Mermaid Pink Gin
- 1.0 oz Citrus peach vanilla syrup
- Top up with sparkling sake
GARNISH
Dehydrated peach.
METHOD
Build all ingredients into an ice-filled glass.
SYRUP
Boil 1.0 cup of chopped peach with 1.0 cup of sugar and 1.0 cup of water. Add
0.1 oz of malic acid and strain through a cheese cloth.
