INGREDIENTS

• 1.0 oz Mermaid Gin
• 1.0 oz Suze
• 1.0 oz White vermouth
  
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  
• 1.0 oz Lemon juice
  
• 3 dashes Vegan foamer

GARNISH

Dehydrated lemon wheel.

METHOD

Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker. Shake again with ice until chilled. Strain
into a chilled rocks glass.
