• 0.5 oz elderflower cordial mint leaves
  
• 6.0 oz Fever-Tree Mexican Lime Soda (or soda & 0.5 oz fresh lime juice)
  Low abv - 2.7%

Garnish

A sprig of fresh mint

Method

Fill a wine glass with ice and 6 large mint leaves, add all ingredients and top with
soda.
